This is what sold me on the house. I love it. Eventually it would be awesome to have the deck turned into a 3 season porch, but I’m going to enjoy the 4 months of summer that we have in MN right here.

New Inground Pool Liner

This was not a DIY…

I guess pool liners last about 17 years before they’re faded, brittle, sagging, and rip. It was such a bummer to see this after we took the winter cover off. I was on frog rescue duty while we waited for our replacement to be installed. So gross!

I was SO excited to see the new one being installed! It’s royal blue and super pretty!

Cost: about $4K all in. Scope creep could have happened if they would have found any damage to the concrete walls after the old liner was removed.
